Nestled in a serene country setting in Sumner Tx,10 miles NW of Paris Tx, we're the perfect place for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life while providing a peaceful retreat for RV enthusiasts. Enjoy one of our 6 spacious 40' x 60' gravel pad sites, 20/30/50 amp electric, water and sewer hookups, free high speed WiFi, restroom and shower facilities, laundry room, catch and release fishing and "Ye Ole Watering Hole" picnic area with grills, picnic tables, a fire pit and plenty of room for cornhole!  We do our best to provide an ideal getaway for folks seeking peace and nature.
